Complete state required survey (available via K12 Data Center login)
Attend initial 2-day training in Rapid City on October 11-12, 2007
Develop and implement at least two instructional units with the following components: UnitTemplate.doc
- Technology Integration
- 21st Century Skills
- Content Standards-Based
Assess students before and after teaching lessons using Achievement Series
Post lesson plans in online sharing location -- Power Units wiki and/or TechPaths
Participate in online professional development
- Monthly by subject area learning communities PLCGroups.pdf
- Weekly by topic interest (optional) Power Hour
Complete exit survey by April 4, 2008
Present lesson(s) at TIE Conference in Sioux Falls on April 6-8, 2008
Panel discussion format—share professional development experiences from the grant
