This link is for a common calculator that most math students are allowed to use, including on the ACT. The calculator that students WANT to use is from Microsoft Student (in Encarta), called Microsoft Math. It does have some functions that will give the students the answer without them doing anywork at all, if they know how to type something in. There are also some extra Trig functions that normally take some work on the student's part, but one would be able to type it into the calculator to get the answer -- with no work at all.
